Mini Curvy Keepsakes Santa Box Details
When I saw the Mini Curvy Keepsakes Box die set, I immediately thought of Christmas and Santa. How sweet is this box? This would be the perfect box for your children’s classmates and teacher. My coworkers will probably receive one of these boxes in December. Another thing you could make with this box is an advent calendar. I may just give that a try.
To make this box, I used Real Red cardstock for the box. Then I used Basic Black cardstock for the buttons and the belt. For the belt buckle, I used Gold Glimmer paper. I cut the belt to the length of the box by half an inch. For the buckle, I simply cut a square of the glimmer paper. Then I cut a square hole in the middle of that square.
To create the buttons, I used Basic Black cardstock and 1/2 inch circle punch. Then I used Tombow to adhere the buttons, belt, and belt buckle. You could also use snail or tear and tape. I just prefer Tombow.
To create the tags, I used two of the dies in the Mini Curvy Keepsakes Box dies. I stamped a snowflake in Delicata Celestial Copper Ink coming in the Holiday Catalog. For the sentiment, I used Real Red Ink.
Then I used baker’s twine to attach both tags to my box. I think this is a box even Santa would love.
The Holiday Catalog goes live on September 4, 2019. If you can’t wait until then to get your own Mini Curvy Keepsakes Boxes Dies, you can join my team.
