September 2019 Paper Pumpkin Alternatives Instructions – Bag
To make the striped banner, I cut a piece of Pumpkin Pie cardstock to 5-1/2″ x 2″. To ensure my stripes and the gaps between them were uniform, I used a ruler and made tick marks at the top and bottom of the Pumpkin Pie cardstock. Then I used Post It Notes to mask each side of my stripes, leaving about 1/4″ for the width of each stripe. For the stripes, I used Memento ink and a sponge. Then I cut the banner shape at the bottom.
Once the banner was done, I heat embossed the sentiment using Versamark ink and White Emboss. Then I used the Classic Label punch to punch out the sentiment. I then snipped off the ends so the sentiment strip was shorter. You may not be able to tell, but I cut tiny triangles from each corner of the sentiment strip.
Then I adhered all of the elements using the glue dots from the kit. For the sentiment, I adhered that using black dimensionals. For all of the leaves, I used Tombow.
September 2019 Paper Pumpkin Alternatives Instructions – Coffin
Begin by assembling your coffin box. Then use the Whisper White ink to create a little distressing to the lid and box.
I then stamped the sentiment on one of the die cuts from the September kit.
To adhere the vellum circle, I used glue dots from the kit. Everything else was adhered with Tombow.
